The Thermostatic Radiator Valve are used for heating system by connection with radiators allows temperature regulation individually room by room,maintain constant desired temperatures and help to reduce energy consumption.

The thermostatic valve consists of two parts, the thermostatic head with liquid senor and the valve body designed and tested according with DIN EN215-1 standards.

Application:
The thermostatic radiator valve can be installed on either side of the radiator, in a vertical or horizontal position. If a lockshield valve is also used on the same radiator, install it on the opposite side of the radiator.

Function:
The series TRV is used for end controlling of heating system. It can adjust automatically the follow of heat through the radiator to maintain the setting temperature in the room.

Working Theory:

A TRV head contains a temperature sensor, an adjustment cover with scale and related mechanical working parts. When the temperature of room varies at the setting temperatur,the valve rod will get movement because of the expansion and contraction of the sensor,and to adjust the follow of heat through the radiator.The automatical adjustment will make the room at stable temperature and save energy & money.

The valve rod is made of stainless steel and the gasket is made of double-EPDM O-ring，in which there will hardly have any leakage during long time working. Meanwhile, the special design of pison can optimize the hydraulic features, reduce noise and reduce the flow rate, and the large drift diameter between piston and seat can control the pressure loss.
